High-Heat Cooking

Reaches temperatures upwards of 700°F (371°C). Ideal for cooking pizzas, breads, and more. Preheats quickly for efficient cooking. We recommend starting your fire with 2-3 logs for Ranger, 3-4 logs for Bonfire, and 4-5 logs for Yukon / Canyon.

Easy Care

Allow it to cool before cleaning. Use our Pizza Oven Brush or a cloth to remove soot. Store in a dry place to prevent rust.
